do what you love.
So I read a simple quote about rattling off your passions in pace of your job description when people ask what you do. First of all, I never actually sit and think about my hobbies, strengths, passions, talents, as a sum total so that was already weird. I'm not inspired, per se, as much as I'm like: "Damn! I like a variety of cool and fun things...and I should get paid for those things so I can do them more often and discover more history and innovation around the industries!"
I'm one of the rare people who actually LOVE their jobs. Not like, "I get paid well, I'm important," love. More like: "When I wake up, I look forward to going to work, who I'm going to see, what I'm going to do, and the value (money, impact, opportunity, growth) that it brings me day-to-day," so when I am saying that I'm seeing how I can benefit more often from my passions I'm really like, "woah, what an opportunity to love my life more often + more deeply!!"
I don't think I'm gonna just up and quit my job soon (maybe not ever) but I am seeing the importance of maximizing on my talent and passion to get more of what I deeply love and enjoy about my life. Those things are travel, cooking/eating, wellness/beauty, and entertaining/entertainment! I almost feel like it would be like taking a supplement to aid in the muscle development and regeneration of my life week over week.
I have this blog and social media so I have the outlets. It really only comes down to a matter of doing it, huh?
So there's that. lol
