We stayed at Trumble & Porter Hotel.  Detroit, like most cities, is going through a resurgence and all of the creative, indie, culture fueled Michiganders are gunning to make their mark on the city to create a new and deeply rooted future for the industrious city.  Since this is the case, there were so many classic and new places to see and eat in our short stay.

what's peace worth? at thirty years old i find peace in what i know and knowing that there's a lot that i don't know and even more that i don't know that i don't know.  i also find peace in not taking things personal.  today i learned that peace costs.  and it costs time, especially the exact moment you're in.
